NOTE: Your inclusive benefits start and end at the listed check-in & check-out times.

Pulisan Resort check-in is at 3:00 pm / check-out is at 11:00 am.

Early check-in: if your arrival flight is bright and early, and your booked accommodation is available, we can have you checked in at the earliest 8:00 am. Although, being earlier than the regular check-in time means you will be charged a half day.

Late check-out: if your departure flight is later in the afternoon or evening, and you want to hang out with us a little longer, and your accommodation is available, no problem. We can extend your check-out until 6:00 pm, but yes, any late check-out means you will be charged a half day too.

With your accommodation booking, the price you are paying does include full board (breakfast / lunch / dinner / afternoon snack / tea / coffee / drinking water). Other fine extras you may like come at a little cost.

We have all day and night power. For power connectivity, we use type-F plug-ins with: 230 V // 50 Hz.

Wi-Fi is available in allocated areas in the resort.

Each bungalow is equipped with an oscillating fan. No air conditioning.

All prices include government tax. A 10% service charge is additional and added to all booking and onsite invoices.

On-site payments: we accept Visa & Mastercard. Note: a 3% processing fee will be added on the total being paid. Cash in Euro (€) & Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Bank transfer to Indonesian bank — Bank Central Asia (BCA). All transfer fees paid for by the guest.

Dietary concerns: we serve vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free meals. Please advise in advance any requests as availability for certain products is not always available.

Mosquitos are present in the area. We have repellent for you here, but if you have a personal preference, please bring some from your location.

Medication / medicine: it is important to bring what you need or may need. We are not close to any pharmacy, let alone pharmacies here having inventory as easily accessible as from your home location (e.g. ear drops, nose spray, etc.). For first-aid, as a traveler, you know to always bring the basics.

For diving or any emergency purposes / situations, we are privileged to partner with Sentra Medika Hospital – Minahasa Utara, in Manado. Feel comfortable, safe, secure and taken care of in any case when staying at Pulisan Resort.

The daily diving schedule is as follows: we go out for a morning dive trip (2-tank trip) where both dives are maximum 60 minutes or 50 bar (whichever comes first). In between dives, between dive sites, there’s a comfortable surface time of 60 minutes before descending down for the second dive. A nice lunch follows after your arrival back to Pulisan Resort.

There is a possibility for a 3-tank trip as well, upon request and agreement from fellow divers. The schedule flows as normal, the only difference is you will enjoy your lunch on the boat during your second 60-minute surface interval.

Afternoon shore dives are a possibility (weather / water condition based). These start at 2:00 pm with your guide and follow the same schedule of any other dive when it comes to dive time.

All dives are guided. At Pulisan Resort, due to the safety of you, the guest, there will always be a guide with you.

For those of you who enjoy snorkeling, a little tip for you: bring long clothing (long sleeve rash guard, leggings, tights, etc.). Best to protect. The sun is strong and at some times, depending on the tide, there are little stingy things in the water.

Natural is the new norm. Spoken by the Sensatia team in Bali, Indonesia, we at Pulisan Resort use the Sensatia products, being that they are the most safe for ours and surrounding environment. Sensatia creates products which are all composed of natural ingredients that break down easily in the environment, and contain zero toxic chemicals which can pollute groundwater, making it safe even when rinsed down the drain and ends up in water systems. Needless to say, Sensatia is a perfect fit for Pulisan Resort.

When visiting us at Pulisan Resort, we kindly ask you to use the Sensatia products provided for you in your bungalow and around the resort.
